we make mould for two size of wallboards . Aluminium foil rewinding machine of wallboard is used by wrought iron, so it can use more than 30 years without deformation ,some supplier use A3 board .it can easily out of shape in one or two years .our machine length is 4000mm ,some suppliers will just 3600mm, that is say you need one more operator to operate the machine. You need pay extra cost for work force .
We use SIEMENS Touch screen working panel , it can use more than 15 yeas without any problem .Even if it out of work, you can easily to change the working panel, as you know when your machine is working busy,but working panel is broken,even if we sent to your country ,it will waste mroe than 7 days,
but we use SIEMENS,you can buy in your country very easily.
And also solve the problem very quickly .We can guarantee the Touch screen working panel for 5 yeas .
Our PLC use Mitsubishi made in Japan . some supplier use Yangmin or XINJIE of made in China . that is say if it's broken ,you only can buy from your supplier, at that time ,thay may charge you high cost of PLC ,The worse is that Yangmin is wrotten by Chinaese ,without English . yourproblem will go with you again ,but if we give you Mitsubishi ,you can buy easily from yourcountry . your enginner will easy to know how to adjust it .
