Usage:
Ideal machine is used to make aluminum foil container to meeting respective usage and function, such us aluminum foil tray, aluminum foil plate, aluminum foil container cover, barbecue food tray, aluminum airline container, aluminum disposable plate ,egg tart containers, turkey dish, foil oven mat etc.

1-The machine adopts Siemens-PLC as control system, Safe and reliable. Feeding length and production speed and other parameters can be simply set, Gas/electrical integration, centralized control. Full Automatic production, only need an operator to collect products.
2-If it is fully automatic model,the actions of feeding,lubricating, stamping, scrap collection,container stacking can be done automaticly.
3-Manual setting of the aluminum foils feeding length from 20 to 999mm by you.
4-With automatic lubrication system and aluminium foil material could lubricate automatically.
5-With Auto counting stacker, aluminum foil container could be counted and stacked automatically.
6-The features are feeding accuracy, coating even, saving material, high accuracy, neat appearance, small size, easy to install, operate, maintain, little noise, as a result, it is the ideal equipment for aluminum foil containers.

Scrap collector play an important role in it. Its primary role is to collect the Excess aluminum foil . The vacuum adsorb collect
system system collects the scrap in a bin and then will compact the aluminium scrap into bales.
